Scandinavian Society of Cincinnati
Foundation The Scandinavian
Society of Cincinnati Foundation was incorporated in 1996 as a not-for-profit, tax-exempt organization. The IRS granted the
Scandinavian Society of Cincinnati Foundation 501(c) (3) status in 1997, which makes dues and contributions tax-exempt.
The purpose of the Foundation is to give scholarships for studies and other activities pertaining to the culture
of the Scandinavian Countries.
Grants are funded through the Membership dues, donations and Memorials.
All Membership dues and donations are tax-exempt. As a member, you are invited to the Annual Meeting with voting rights
and you will also receive the Annual Report.
MEMBERSHIP: The annual cost of a Foundation
Membership is $25 per person or $50 per family. All memberships and contributions are tax-exempt. If you wish to
